03 Launch and support

Prepare and launch without last-minute surprises

We coordinate the technical steps between an approved build and a stable public release, including migration, analytics, redirects and production checks.

Pre-launch QA Deployment Migration Monitoring
A launch sequence moving a website from staging to production.
A controlled path from staging to production

When this service is the right fit

  • A new website is ready but production setup is unclear.
  • An existing domain must move without losing important URLs.
  • Analytics, forms and redirects need final verification.
  • Several teams or vendors must coordinate one release.

Website migration

Content and file migration, redirect plan, DNS coordination and validation after cutover.

Outcome

What you receive

You receive both the finished work and a clear foundation your team can continue using.
  • Release checklist and responsibilities.
  • Production deployment or migration.
  • Redirect and metadata validation.
  • Forms and analytics verification.
  • Post-launch monitoring and handoff.

How the work is structured

  • Discovery

We review the goal, available materials, constraints and the outcome the work needs to support.

  • Plan and estimate

We confirm the scope, milestones, exact price and a realistic delivery schedule.

  • Delivery and review

We share progress by milestone and apply the agreed consolidated feedback.

  • Handoff

We prepare the files, code or production release and hand over everything included in the scope.

What shapes the estimate

Number of environments, migration volume, DNS access, integrations, redirect count, deployment process and stakeholder coordination.

Two consolidated feedback rounds are included at each approval milestone.

Paid licences, domains, hosting, third-party services and content production are billed separately.

New requirements introduced after approval are estimated and agreed before they enter the scope.

Good to know

Can you launch a website built by another team?

Yes, after a technical review and access check. Any required fixes are estimated separately.

Will there be downtime?

We plan to minimize it. The exact risk depends on hosting, DNS, data migration and the current system.

Do you stay available after launch?

Yes. A short stabilization window can be included, followed by an ongoing support plan if needed.

Let us define the right scope

Tell us what you need and what is already in place. We will ask the right follow-up questions, recommend a practical format and prepare a clear estimate.
