1. Website operator and scope
This website is operated under the ARTTINA name by a freelance design and web development practice based in Armenia. Unless a separate written agreement names another provider, references to "we", "us" and "ARTTINA" mean this freelance practice.
The website provides information about our services, portfolio, approach, contact channels and collaboration options. It also allows visitors to send project requests.
By using the website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
2. No public offer
Information on the website is provided for general introduction and does not constitute a binding public offer, quotation or guarantee of availability, price, timeline or result.
Submitting a contact form starts communication only. A project contract is formed only when the parties agree the essential terms of the work, including scope, price, timeline, deliverables and payment format.
Any proposal, estimate or timeline remains indicative until confirmed in writing by both parties or otherwise accepted in the agreed communication channel.
3. Acceptable use
You may browse the website and use the contact forms for legitimate personal, business or project-related purposes.
You must not disrupt the website, overload it, bypass security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it at unreasonable scale, send spam, submit malicious files or use the forms for unlawful, abusive or misleading messages.
You must not use the website in a way that violates third-party rights, applicable law or the security and reputation of ARTTINA, our clients or other users.
4. Requests and communication
When submitting a request, you are responsible for providing accurate contact information and a lawful description of the project.
We may decline a request, stop communication or refuse a project if the request is unlawful, abusive, technically unsuitable, outside our capacity, conflicts with another obligation or does not match our professional focus.
Messages sent through email, Telegram, WhatsApp or other messengers may be treated as written communication for project discussion unless the parties agree a stricter signing or approval process.
5. Project terms, payments and deliverables
Specific project terms are agreed separately for each client. They may be recorded in a contract, invoice, proposal, statement of work, email thread, messenger conversation or another written format accepted by both parties.
Unless otherwise agreed, work starts after the parties confirm the scope, price, payment schedule, expected timeline, required client materials and approval process.
Payments, refunds, revisions, support, launch assistance, third-party costs and warranty terms are governed by the separate project agreement. If no separate rule is agreed, we will apply a reasonable professional standard for the agreed scope.
6. Client materials and approvals
If you provide texts, images, trademarks, credentials, access to accounts, brand materials, data or other assets, you confirm that you have the right to provide and use them for the project.
You are responsible for reviewing deliverables, giving timely feedback, checking factual and legal accuracy of your own content, and obtaining any industry-specific approvals required for your business.
Project timelines may shift if required materials, access, feedback, approvals or payments are delayed.
7. Intellectual property
The website itself, including texts, graphics, logos, layouts, interface elements, code, visual systems and other materials, belongs to ARTTINA or is used under lawful permission.
You may not copy, modify, publish, sell, reverse engineer or distribute website materials without our written permission, except for ordinary sharing of public website links.
Rights to client project deliverables are transferred or licensed only under the separate project agreement and, unless that agreement says otherwise, only after full payment. Pre-existing tools, generic code, reusable components, know-how and workflow methods remain our property or the property of their respective owners.
8. Portfolio and case studies
Unless a client agreement says otherwise, we may mention completed public work in our portfolio, including project name, short description, screenshots, public links and a general description of our role.
We do not publish confidential client information, private credentials, non-public business data or materials marked as confidential without permission.
9. Third-party services
Projects may require third-party services such as hosting, domains, fonts, stock assets, CMS platforms, payment services, analytics, CRM systems, APIs, plugins or messengers.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, prices, licenses, security practices and availability. Unless otherwise agreed, the client is responsible for third-party fees and for maintaining accounts that belong to the client.
10. Disclaimers and liability
We aim to keep website information accurate and available, but the website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absolute error-free content or compatibility with every device, browser or third-party service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption arising from use of the website.
For paid project work, any liability is governed by the separate project agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.
11. Governing law, disputes and changes
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, unless mandatory consumer or data-protection rules of another jurisdiction apply and cannot be excluded.
The parties should first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith communication. If that fails, disputes are handled by the competent courts of Armenia unless a separate project agreement states another forum or dispute-resolution method.
We may update the website, its content and these terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page and applies from the effective date shown above.
